Clean but showers cost $2 for 10 minutes (bring your own $2 coins because reception runs out quick. Very bad managed, the old lady in the reception doesn't seem to like to work.

This is what camping should cost!
$10 per person per night. Lovely couple. Kitchen has all you need to cook, hot showers without a 5 minute button and free. All very clean. It's a backpacker with camping. No power sites. We will stay here again. Totally recommend it, especially if you travel on a budget.

Brilliant.
Old tunnels and at the end you will end up on the river where they found the first piece of gold. If you look in the sand you will see some tiny shiny gold flakes:)

Very overpriced camp, $48 for unpowered site.
Kitchen small. Only 3 showers, but clean.
Thank you for your review. We are proud to boast 3 separate kitchen blocks and 3 separate bathroom blocks, which have in fact just been refurbished, to accommodate all our guests.

Overpriced, $44 for 2 people (van, non powered).
They even charge you for the use of the BBQ, $2 for 20 minutes. To go to the toilet, shower or kitchen you need to use a key and they give you only 1 key per group.

Good camping place, showers and toilet clean. The kitchen is not too good, small and gets too crowdy and has very old cooking pans. Nice sitting area. Make sure not to get there late! Reception closed at 8:30pm.

Lovely lady at reception.
It cost us $31 for 2 people (tent/van). If you are arrive after 7pm give them a call and you can get there later. It's a caravan park with mostly long term people but it's quiet and people seem nice, not much grass for tents as in other places.

Nice location, next to the river and quiet. If you get early you can get a nice spot. People normally arrive around 5pm. It does get crowded but it's normal because it's free.

Great campsite, especially if you have kids.
Clean toilets and shower BUT showers have the 5minute button system, very annoying. The kitchen is ok but has no stuff to cook with, bring your own. If you are allergic to cats don't sit in the computer room, it lives there:( WIFI is not free and is slow.
