Pretty little van park.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Closest park to the city and there is a bus stop out side the park. The gardens are lovely with the roses out in bloom. The amenities are dated but very clean and they even leave a bathmat for you in the showers which is awesome.

The gardens are pretty, well actually Hanmer Springs is a pretty place in the springtime.

Nice spot.
Clean and tidy campground. The showers and toilets are clean as is the big kitchen. The showers are $2 for a timed shower but I didn't even finish my time off I had had enough so I do not know how long they go for. Enjoyed our stay here.

Not too bad a van park.
It is dated but the amenities are clean. The hot water was warm enough but I do wonder how people get on in the winter. It was Spring (Oct) when we stayed here. The glow worm den is within walking distance of this place and is lovely to do and it is free. If you are in town and I suggest you go in as there is lots of interesting shops there and if you like a good pie and coffee. You have to go to the Regent Theatre for a pie. They are great.

I really liked this park for what it is and the price of it.
It has $2 showers or you can put another $2 in for a longer shower though I think $2 is sufficient if you are not washing your hair. The amenities are clean and rather roomy. Not suitable if you don't have your own cooking facilities as there is no kitchen though there is a kettle in the laundry room and a table and some chairs. The park is walking distance to the town centre. We arrived here Saturday afternoon and there was nothing much open except the Countdown up the road. It cost us $25 a night for a powered site for two people. We have stayed in much worse places that cost us a lot more.

Whilst the showers are hot and the park is cheap it lacks an area to sit anywhere out of the rain other than your van and it was raining when we arrived and pretty much continued until we left the next
day. The kitchen facilities are very limited and are smaller than the laundry room. The park is handy to the town (walking distance). It could do with some signs up showing the kitchen and the toilets/shower rooms.
Thanks for the feedback - we have now added a gazebo with and picnic tables along with a free guest BBQ.

Great park and clean amenities.
Free wifi. Only downside is the distance to town which is still quick if you drive or you could hire a bike. They give you a free lift to town of an evening but you have to find your own way home. Nice place.

Showers are hot even though they are timed for 7.5 minutes which is ample time for shower. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great park and the amenities are good.
The showers are timed for 6 minutes which doesn't seem long but I found myself standing there enjoying the shower for some time after I had actually finished. Water was plenty hot enough though. Location was out of town a bit and the road noise I thought would be a problem but it wasn't. Will stay there again.

Enjoyed the park stay and the lady at the front counter was really helpful.
Amenities are good and clean. We caught a bus into the Octagon from a block away from the van park which was easy. Stay price is what we have paid in most places. We would use this park again.
