This park was the worst we stayed at during our NZ trip.
The facilities were so bad we resorted to using the shower in our motorhome rather than risk using theirs. The sites were really muddy (granted there had been a lot of rain) but also really small and exposed to the adjacent public walking track.

We have a variety of areas available for camping here : close to the beach with a smaller sites and facilities block or away from the beach with the newer larger facilities block, that has a large kitchen and lounge area. We apologise that you were not given the option to chose an area that suited your needs best and we hope that if you can come and stay in the future we can use these different options to make your stay more enjoyable.

Great place with kids very well catered for.
Indoor pool very nice and clean as were facilities. Nice to be a bit out of town - less smelly!! Friendly helpful staff too.

Great place to stop and away from main part of town.
Very limited spots for o/night campers which meant you had to get in early. Gorgeous little beach which would be awesome in summer.
