Customer service terrible!
Do not answer emails. Changes requested months prior and not done, had to constantly follow up right to the day before pickup - by phoning them. 2 girls doing both pick up and drop off - if you are catching a flight - get to Jucy really early to drop your car off as the line up of customers is long. The car we were given had a dodgy seat belt as in while driving along it suddenly went loose - this happened after we were a couple of days into our trip - very dangerous. No receipt of deposit when handing our car back. The young girl (Hassan) who served us when picking up the vehicle gave us no information. (I overheard the other young lady telling other customers how to pay for road tolls!) The young lady serving us was also making fun of other customers to her colleague. When my husband did the vehicle inspection with her and found faults on the vehicle she constantly rolled her eyes, he had to continually tell her to write it down. The Navigator we hired for a ridiculous daily price wasn't charged and the power adapters that came with it didn't work. My advice - if you do use them - get there early when dropping off, go over the vehicle thoroughly before accepting it.
