Family of 3 staying in Kitchen Cabin.
Long black hairs found in double bed sheets.
Beds are super firm.
Very cold in Spring time.
Hot water takes a very long time to come through.
Extremely noisey with party goers all night long.
Front desk reception service good.
Sadly we left halfway through our stay and forefitted our money because we felt so uncomfortable.
Overall experience very dissapointing.

We do our very best to discourage party goers from staying with us but they do occasionally slip through. We do have exceptionally high cleanliness standards and I will be passing your comments onto our head housekeeper for action.
