Pretty calm spot with a public toilet next to it.
Maruia Falls can be seen with a 5 minute walk. Good enough on our way to West Coast.

It can be little bit noisy if you sleep close to the train rails. Public toilets available.

We arrived at night and we got amazed the next morning when we saw such a beautiful lake.
Clean toilet and a walking track around the lake. Seems crowded during summer as it is famous for its boat club.
