Nice park with friendly staff.
Bit on the smelly side but you expect that in Rotorua. Do yourself a favour, the walk through the park next door is free.
Thanks for the review Stuart, We are lucky enough to have a geothermal activity next door at Kuirau Park, we do also have mineral pools on site at the park.

Very friendly staff.
Didn't book and came in after hours. Nothing was a problem. Great waterfront sites but the toilets are clean but tired.
