Expensive ferry, but it is the only one.
Bumpy ride, be aware of the sea sickness. Very nice employees though, helped us and they were very good with our daughter who became seasick.

Nice and easy walk to the old lighthouse.
Do not forget to visit Ackers House at the beginning of the track.

Very nice walk, part of the Routeburn Track.
The path is well prepared. Of course the path goes up for a long time but the view rewards the effort.

They go further into the Sound than other companies and give good information about wildlife and nature.

Small helicopters with perfect view.
Not very expensive. The skilled pilots knew also a lot about the whales and the environment. Saw two sperm whales.
