Cosy little place.
Friendly staff. Heated common area with fireplace. Next to stream. Stayed one night, nil issues. Access to town 10 minutes down the road. When parking in town, park next to the train line $4 for 4 hours as parking large campers will be difficult in Dunedin.

Great friendly service upon arrival.
Shops are 2 minutes up the road. Great for first stop to get groceries. Drive through check in. Don't even have to get out of even the largest camper. Easy site access. Nil issues. Heated pool and slide for the keen.
