They are pretty serious and the instruction very good but I was a bit disappointed with the height and the level of the canyon.
Nice but a bit expensive for what it is compared to what can be done in Europe.

Fantastic!!
The Morning Glory trip is amazing!! You are the first ones on the Fijord at 6am. And if you are lucky, in addition to the numerous seals, you will see dolphins! Best experience in New Zealand so far.

Good rafting overall.
Extremely funny instructor who gave us a stand up show on the bus. Just for that it was worth the activity.

Great trail from Wanaka along the lake into Albert Town take Newcastle Track, up to Luggate and return via the Clutha River Track.
50km in total, but absolutely amazing views of the golden fields of the regions and with the mountains for the background. Stunning!

Two day hike with the Lake Angelus at 1600m.
I used Robert Ridge route to go up and Speargrass Route to come back which was a good choice. A very pleasant two day walk.

Welcome to Mordor!
Definitely my best walk so far in New Zealand. With 8 hours per day, it can be done in two days and if you like volcanic atmospheres then this is for you. The National Park is just sublime!!
