Well organised, good information but we hoped to see a group of whales at one or two spots rather than only one at a time so it felt a little like whale chasing rather watching.
Also, the helicopters above us were annoying.

Booking was a bit complicated because we did not get the campervan we wanted, so it got more expensive but still cheaper than many other companies.
Picking up in Christchurch was okay, no one way fee for dropping off in Auckland, vehicle has got everything that is needed (self contained).
