Very good if you need a break from the city. The river and forest around is so wild and quiet. You get to see waterfalls around and mountain goats.

Hard walk and not a lot to see on the way to the top.
The end to get there is very hard, you have got to climb some parts. The view is nice but we have seen better in New Zealand.

Probably the most beautiful view in New Zealand.
The walk is hard (4 hours up, 2 hours down) but worth it. Better in winter because the snow makes it so beautiful (but harder to walk).
