Took over an hour an a half to get the vehicle ready.
Booked for 8am but shuttle took a while to arrive and then despite being first to the desk was last out with the car. Poor service by the girl behind the desk, no polite conversation and no apology for the long wait. No one checked in with us the whole time we stood and waited. 30 second demo of how to fit snow chains - not very settling to those who have never used them before. Asked to sign the forms about damage on the car without seeing the car? Only booked with Jucy to get ski4free coupons - never got these or were told how to use them. Sadly the snow was minimal so we didn't go anyway. Was happy to get an instant response when I tweeted our situation only to not hear anything back after sending the booking reference. Woke up early to head to the ski fields from Queenstown but found the car wouldn't start. Called Jucy and was asked if I could just go and find someone with jump leads, not too helpful.
The problem is these are just small issues that could be simply solved. I understand things go wrong but often a smile, an apology or just some personalised service can diffuse a situation. Without this I jus ended up angry and unlikely to use Jucy again or recommend to anyone.
