Very nice way to spend your time on the Coromandel Peninsula.
A 3.5 hour kayak tour at Cathedral Cove with a wonderful break with coffee at the beach. Quite pricey though.

Best if you wait for good weather, to enjoy the scenic view! And if you like the extreme, climbing Mt Doom will be your cup of tea.
