Sarah ( our guide) was born to work with people! So much fun!! Sarah is professional, fun to spend time with and full of funny and informative info about the area. A MUST do in any weather, the rain though provided extra entertainment. Thanks Sarah :)

Great free camping location!

A lovely couple let us know they'd be leaving in about an hour and gave us their spot. Beautiful location, toilets clean.

Firstly the only reason this company doesn't get 10/10 is because their Auckland agent isn't as organised as necessary.

This I believe has already been addressed following our raising the issue. The communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall friendly and professional approach by Lynda and Ian at the Christchurch depo is impeccable. The van was well fitted out with all the necessities. We hired a 2 berth bed in back version. As almost all the stops had picnic tables we found leaving the bed set up was simple and easy to navigate. We used the shelf above the bed for all our clothes and a cupboard in the kitchen for our bathroom essentials. The kitchen was functional with plenty of space to cook in given the size of the van. They even supply a coffee plunger!! A must for us coffee lovers. The linen provided kept us warm ( a big plus for a person like myself who is not a fan of the cold) The van is easy to clean and maintain with water filling and loads of easily accessible dump sites throughout both north and South Island. We did have a minor breakdown (no ones fault) the roadside assistance used by this company was very efficient despite us being 2hours from any phone reception both of the lovely couples we stopped passed on our details. It took us only 6hours from breakdown to be back on the road. The van we had runs well. And was easy to drive. I sincerely could not fault the service we received from both Lynda and Ian. Full of helpful information prior to pickup and made the final drop off a breeze. Your professional and outstandingly friendly service was truly appreciated!! We will most certainly be back and hope to see you again.
