By far the best hike in New Zealand!
It is kind of challenging and takes 4 to 6 days and you gotta be careful with the water level. Blue Lake deserves the title as clearest lake in the world. A must do!!

Spectacular location.
The bay is a shelter for a lot of dolphins. Also beautiful for surfing and just hanging around.

Great views of Mt Cook, the glacier and all the avalanches were pretty impressive.
Just the estimated duration was a bit weird - was said to last 8 hours, but actually lasted 2 and a half hours. The time can drastically change with the level of fitness.

Greatest track in Fiordland.
Just a pure, rough hike up to the top. It is beautiful to have a swim in the lakes on the way or even jump off the cliffs. Bit challenging at the top because of all the snow.
