Our camper van (Maui Platinum Beach Motorhome) was an excellent vehicle.
The service at pick-up and drop-off was efficient. It was a newer vehicle and everything mechanical worked very well. It seemed to have plenty of power and was also good on gas. The interior was a nice layout and very functional for our family. We appreciated the 2 big beds, and the lovely kitchen and eating space. I might advise if you are travelling to the Coromandel Peninsula you might want a smaller vehicle because the roads are twisty with very little for shoulders.

This was my favorite experience in all of New Zealand.
The caves were amazing. What a thrilling way to experience them by floating along in the water. The staff were excellent in guiding us along the streams and keeping us all together. They were positive and funny. At one point we all hooked together in a line (about 10 rafters) and turned off our headlights as we gazed up in wonder at the twinkling glow worms. It was like a night sky!
We also enjoyed the warm soup and showers afterwards!
