Their service by phone as well as the management in Auckland is excellent.
However, the Auckland branch could do better, their service and friendliness should improve. We also think it is strange that small campervans don't have a 'sink disposal'.

Thanks for the feedback, we'll pass it on. Not cool that you had an average experience at the depot, we aim to make every experience with us AWESOME!!! No sink or toilets in our campers, that's how we keep the prices down 'cos waste disposal is pretty pricy and not very green :)

The walk is very nice.
The scenery is stunning. Also the provided information is adequate. It did seem a little overpriced.
