First part was pretty easy, just next to the river through the fields.
But the second part was the most difficult climb we have ever done! Very dangerous, but as we climbed up the hill the view was just awesome! Unforgettable - worth it!

The best view of the glacier we have ever seen!
Beautiful white ice up the mountain. Lovely short track through the forest, mostly in the shade.

A one day trip just behind Wanaka.
You walk through private properties with heaps of sheep. It was a bit steep but we made it and the view was rewarding.

Another great walk with thousands of beautiful views of both of the lakes.
Some parts were steep but it was really worth it to go there. Kea birds everywhere!!

Very nice and quiet place.
We chose this track as our first three day track and it was a good choice. Not that hard, can listen to heaps of birds and spot a kiwi - we spotted two of them.
