Place to stay overnight or visit during the day.
After nightfall, there is an absolutely amazing free glowworm walk. It is a true wonderland and quiet with no people.

Bay of Islands offers lots of great tours.
There are plenty of dolphins in the bay. We even saw a whale and penguins. It is quite expensive, but good value for money.

Beautiful trees and nice calm feeling in the forest - great walks for all levels, very peaceful.

This spa is amazing.
It is free, authentic, cosy and easily accessible. It is by the Huka Falls river, so you can swim in both hot and cold water, just metres apart.

Cold water - really!!
However it was for free and the small waterfall was exquisite to jump into.

It is free and wonderful.
The Huka Falls is easily accessible and easy to see. The water looks amazing going down the long fall.

We were lucky to get a private tour in the caves.
We paid $59 each for a very short trip. We felt that it was overpriced and no value for money.

The great walk is so beautiful and a must see in New Zealand.
The walk is free and the tracks very well kept.

It is nothing compared to Huka Falls.
It is free and nice to see, but be there on time. It filled up slowly and lacked something dramatic.

They are so professional and very personal.
The different camera options are so amazing. The freefall video is so personal. They are the cheapest place in New Zealand.
Thanks Mikkel, we've just changed our freefall video to be more personal so it's awesome to hear that you like it. Thanks for taking the time to review us!

Their geyser was for us a huge disappointment.
It only fired water up 3 metres high and it did not last very long. The park was decent but it felt like the same over and over.

They offer a lot of different geothermal activity.
They had lots of different areas and viewing spots making the walking trip interesting all the way through.
