The view from the mountains has been breathtaking.

This walk has been very nice in length.
It is a great exercise for the exhausting Tongariro Crossing. The hut was very clean and I would recommend climbing the top of the mountain for sunset.

You can swim in the waterfall as it is like a natural pool.
Near the bottom of the main waterfall, there is a small lake in which you can also swim and have a picnic in the middle of the lake.
