It may seem like a small thing, but when your wife's purse is on the tour bus that just left and the Super Shuttle driver does his best to help you track down that bus,it means a lot.

Daniel tried to catch the bus in Rotorua, called the tour company to see if they could reach the driver, asked them to contact me about returning the purse the next day (Auckland to Rotorua tour) and was calm as a cucumber, which helped my wife. 2 days later who shows up to take us to the airport.... Daniel! Super Shuttle was a great ride every time we used them in New Zealand. Highly recommended!
