Rented a Toyota Yaris, just nice for my family for our 4 days trip in North Island.
Pick-up at Auckland, drop-off at Wellington. Overall good experience in term of customer service both at Jucy office in Auckland and Jucy Wellington. No problem with the car. Thumbs up.

Rented a Jucy Condo Campervan at Jucy Christchurch for my family for our 7 days trip in South Island.
It is a 289,000 km vehicle, clean, easy to handle and maneuver in such strong wind down south. Initially having problem to redeem the 10% discount for regular but Christchurch Manager managed to resolve this - a big thank you. If you need to pick-up vehicle at Jucy Christchurch, suggest you go in the early morning as the queue start to build up after 9 a.m., probably because we are there during summer.

We went there early in the morning for the 1st cruise, sail at 8.55 a.m. Be there by 8.20 a.m. and prepare to park and walk about 15 minutes to the terminal. Jucy Cruise provide brunch and we took the vegetarian set. There are not so many people in the ship during our cruise and it is a bonus for us to roam around freely and take pictures. Overall, a good experience and good staff especially the captain who continuous providing info during the cruise.
