The way to the Tongariro Crossing we had to stand, because the bus was overcrowded.
We had to wait for a long time for the pick up, because their administration was not in order.

Great walk, superb views.
The track was more difficult than expected. There were some really steep and dangerous parts. The track was too crowded.

Friendly staff, excellent location.
There was just one shower available for men. Facilities were clean, but really old. The campsite needs a small facelift.
