Nice spot.
Lake is absolutely stunning. Paid $10 a head for a non powered site, was a little bit crowded. $1 for a hot shower. Nice facilities. Can also purchase a hot shower here for $3 if not staying at campground.

Nice spot, though a bit expensive.
Quick (30sec) walk to the beach through trees (do obscure view from campsite). Hot showers, require push button every 20-30 seconds or flow stops. A bit of a wait for showers during prime times (i.e morning and evening). "Free" wifi is a 30 minute period of unlimited (slow) download. Paid $20 per person for a powered site.

Small gravel car park at the end of a long unsealed road.
Cannot see the beach from the site. Very few spots, very close together. Toilets were full of insects.

Standard DOC campsite with drop toilet.
Took us about an hour and a quarter (give or take) to get to Milford Sound in the morning. Fires permitted in firepits. Plenty of room.

Very neat and tidy, bathrooms were INCREDIBLE - seriously 10/10 for the bathroom.
We paid $36 for two people for a powered site and I would pay that for the facilities alone. Otherwise there was a nice view of the mountains over the hedge. As noted in other reviews the management was a little bit over the top - it was requested we straighten our vehicle in our lot to be parallel with the others, even though we explained we just wanted to look at the beautiful mountain view from the side window/door and when we woke up. Otherwise it was a problem-free stay and we would probably stop here again.

Beautiful campsite.
A fair way off the main road so nice and quiet. Plenty of space and great spots so it didn't feel cramped even with lots of other people. Incredible views over a gorgeous beach. Drop toilets, no shower, wifi or phone service.

Really nice spot.
Good toilets. Absolutely beautiful view to wake up to. A little bit confusing as to which areas permitted overnight camping - some locals told us that the area to the left of the toilets (facing the water) was off limits, though these same locals also seemed to despise all campers, swearing loudly and calling us all freeloaders. Either way this was a lovely spot to spend the night.

Beautiful location, right on the banks of the lake.
Lots of little spots so plenty of privacy. Lots of bugs.
