What part of "We confirm your booking" do you not understand?
Three months before our trip to NZ we booked a flight with Tekapo and received confirmation of our booking. We went to their office the day before to find they did not have our booking, basically "computer says no". My computer said yes, I had the email from them. We managed to book another flight, not the one we wanted and not at the time we wanted. The girl in the office was helpful but could not do anything. The next day we saw the boss and he explained that they had problems with their website. One word was missing, whats the difference between "we are having problems with our website" and "SORRY, we are having problems with our website?"
No apology at all, don't waste your time with this bunch, if their helicopters are as reliable as their computers I would not risk it.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment in this occasion,
I do remember talking to you about this issue and also discussing it with the lady in the office that you dealt with as well, And we both did apologise for this inconvenience that was out of our control as we explained it was not just your booking that had been effected by this system failure of the web host.
The response that you got was an automatic reply from the web host, But the problem was it was not sending them through to us for the actual bookings.
We do apologise for this again, and if we could have put you a larger flight at the time we would have if we had space. As this was a genuine problem, My staff didn't really appreciate being yelled at either for this problem.
At no stage was there any lies to you or rubbish, as this was the first we knew of it and followed it up promptly and got it all sorted to try to inconvenience anyone else as little as possible.
I hope this is a good explanation for you, as it was the same as I discussed with you on the day, as it is all the information that we actual had at the time.

This was our first experience of campervanning and after getting over the shock of the size of the van we recovered to have a great time.
The staff who introduced us to our van could not have been more helpful, the same comment applies when we handed back the van which only took a few minutes.
Their vans are not the cheapest but they are among the most modern and well equipped I saw on our extensive travels. Driving the van was much easier than I expected, it handled amazingly well, the automatic gearbox performed amazingly. I usually find with an automatic that I constantly want to change before or after the automatic, not with this one; I think in our whole trip I only changed manually about 4 times. The van was immaculate, comfortable, had everything you would need and was very simple to operate.
Cant recommend them highly enough, just wished I booked it for longer.
