Booked to get Auckland Airport shuttle.

Due to flight being delayed by 5 hours and arriving at 7:30pm in Auckland, we called Luxury Airport Shuttles (who advertise multiple and frequent transfers from airport) to be advised the next shuttle was going to be for people who arrived in Auckland at midnight. Being a potential 5 hour wait ahead I called seeking a refund to enable alternative options to be arranged but was told that was against policy.
