Very unorganised office, had to wait four hours!
Few problems with the vehicle but all sorted now. The price is the main selling point (cheapest by far in New Zealand).

We were a bit skeptical at first due to the price.
However, we had a very good day. The tour guides are funny and informative! Great for fans and not so fans! Includes a free beer in the pub after.

Parked the camper and headed out into the forest.
A three hour steep climb to the hut. Then an extra hour walk to the top - including climbing rocks and ladders! Also stay in the hut overnight - beautiful views.

Best experience on our trip so far.
A magical but challenging walk! Also climbed Mount Ngaurohoe (Mount Doom). Very difficult but great feeling when you get to the top (very dangerous though!).

We wanted to do a Maori experience - this one was all we could have hoped for.
Learning the Haka, food (hangi) from the ground and fun activities. However, only downside, felt a bit like sheep as lots of tourists!

A fun experience.
Great to see glowworms and the rafting was fun - however, not very adrenaline filled. You can have the same experience from a boat. Good guides.
