Most people go to Queenstown, but when you are around the area you should definitely not miss out on this historical little town Arrowtown above it.
It is a beautiful, nice little town and the people there are incredibly friendly.

The vans look great and are technically in good condition - yet the interior is rather old and not clean.
In the end, we had to buy several tools/equipment ourselves like glasses, a plunger etc to make our travels more convenient.

We do have a pretty rigorous grooming schedule, so im disappointed to hear you didn't think the van was clean. We'll pursue with our groomers. We do have a full list of whats included (and whats not) in our vans on our website (www.escaperentals.co.nz/our-campervans/) - we feel we supply basically everything you'd need to jump in and go off on your trip. We are a budget backpacker operator so our ability to keep our prices sharp relies on us keeping the equipment to the most necessary items. Good to hear you were able to buy the extra bits you wanted though!

The walk is very well organised, at the start of every walk it says the amount of kilometres and minutes of every single walk (like all walks in general in New Zealand).
A very nice walk, highly recommend it!

The springwater is very refreshing and relaxing to spend time in.There were separate areas for adults only, families and children and the personnel were very friendly.
Two hours is more than enough at the Springs.
