Great spot.
Don't be put off by the name of the place. Idea for tents. Great small town with all the facilities you need. Shops of all kind, bars, places to eat and a small cinema.

You get what you pay for and as it was free it was excellent value for money.
One long drop and plenty of space to pitch a tent. Don't camp on the river bed and not next to the entrance if you want an early night (the cattle stop at the entrance is noisy when driven over).

No view of the lake, free hot showers which worked well, kitchen clean and did the job.
Camping area needs working on (in wooded area with little shelter).
