Campsite was crowded when we arrived.
Space at the lake only for tents, bigger campers have to park closer to the street, therefore a bit noisy. After a short walk through the forest of the camp site one reaches the stony shore with very nice views of the lake.

Open space grass area with picnic table and big clean toilet surrounded by trees.
Much more sandfly-safe than near the lake.

Small place directly at the lake, with one table.
Very idyllic and quiet, we were lucky and a bit sheltered from the wind by the forest, beautiful sunset over the then calm lake. Very nice place.

Very lovely camping spots in the forest near the lake with lots of space in between them.
Some fire places and tables provided - a picture book camping experience!

Located nicely in the forest by the lake, but the millions of sandflies and mosquitoes were eating us alive, not even deterred by plenty of "Off".

Big campground, the sport field is included in the camping area, big kitchen facilities and playground.
Shower cost extra $2 for 7 minutes. The office is located directly next to the toilet/shower block, therefore felt on constant watch when going there.

We only visited the cafe, which is nicely decorated with a laidback feeling and cool music.
Very different to the usual cafes and not what you would expect being attached to a campsite. Service was very friendly, food and coffee very good, the ideal place for an afternoon with stormy and rainy weather outside.
