Spent 3 nights here in Jan 2015 and 8 nights in Jan 2016.

Very comfortable, a little tired, but it's clean and progress is being made to improve it. Great hosts. Dog friendly which is really nice. It's in the middle of lots of cool activities, the river is fun for teenage kids.
