We got for a 2 month rental a very old interior, many things broken (nets for storage, water tap, curtains) but the worst is the smell.
We hoped it would go, but now we really regret that we did not ask for a replacement. Also rubbish introduction from the Christchurch depot, learned many things after three weeks when visiting Jucy Queenstown - thanks guys.

Don't miss the bellbird walk, you feel like you are in the middle of the rainforest - be quiet.
