What a fabulous company!

My mum and I have just hired one of the 2 Berth Campervans from Discover NZ for a two week tour of the South Island and had a great time. The vans are superb quality - they're so well designed, clean and well-cared for and Discover NZ provide all the essentials for your trip - bedding, towels (bath and tea towels), kitchen utensils... But that's what you'd expect from any campervan hire company.

What Discover NZ do on top of that really puts them head and shoulders above the rest. I dealt with Tony for the booking and Ayreal for the pick up/drop off and was in touch now and again throughout the trip for quick queries about the van (nothing major at all, the van worked perfectly well throughout the whole trip) and they were both so incredibly polite, helpful and were always there for us. They provide such tailored and friendly customer service, it's brilliant. Ayreal picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment in Christchurch which was a huge benefit for us, especially since we could use the drive to pick her brains for her great tips and recommendations for our trip!

This is all done for an excellent value for money price. So glad I came across them for this trip! Discover NZ comes highly recommended from me - it's the additional customer service you look for when choosing something like this, and Discover NZ absolutely championed that! I'll definitely be sending any friends heading of to NZ campervan holiday in their direction and if (/when!) I go back I'll definitely be picking up the phone to Tony again.
