Excellent restaurant just loved the fish.
The owners are friendly and pleasant. The
gardens have been beautiful but they are very large to keep maintained. It was a good price for a power site.

This is an excellent small camping ground close to town.
The sites are spacious and sheltered. When we checked in we were given useful information and made to feel welcome. Good spacious bathroom facilities and comfy tv lounge.

This is an excellent camp ground.
Good facilities and a view out to the sea.
It is very clean and the owner lit a beautiful fire in the common/tv room which guests from all round the world enjoyed. Lovely friendly host.

This is a well priced camp at $32 for a power site.
Good sized sheltered private sites set amongst mature trees and we could hear the tuis singing. Only a short walk down the hill to the beach. The facilities are very clean and spacious.
Great free hot showers and good protected wifi.
Very friendly welcoming owners.

We didn't stay at the camp but it was nicely kept.
We had lunch in the restaurant and we couldn't believe the extensive menu available. Our lunch was delicious and would highly commend this restaurant to anyone visiting this area. The building itself is interesting and the owner is friendly and welcoming.

Hillview Camping Stay

Still very basic facilities but nice and clean.
This camp is set in between hills on farmland. It's $10 pp but if you want a power point it is an extra $10. Owner is friendly and welcoming.
We now have several plugs in the kitchen area many free to use and we are making the kitchen area twice the size.

This is an excellent well priced camp close to the city.The new owners are friendly and can't do enough to ensure the people staying are comfortable.
The large common room and tv room are a great asset in this camp. Hot water, free showers and very clean facilities. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.
