I booked with Ride Snow Shuttles to take myself and 4 others from Methven to Mt Hutt return for 3 days and confirmed via email twice before arriving in Methven.
I was told they would pick us up from our resort at 8:10am and they just never showed up. I called them and he confirmed he had a booking and everything and couldn't give me a reason why we were never picked up and then told me he would get back to me with a solution and has never contacted me again. We eventually went up with another company "Leopard Shuttles" who were fantastic and cheaper! We were very annoyed though as we missed out on a few hours of skiing and some of us missed ski lessons as well.

Ride Snow Shuttles is under new ownership since the start of the 2010 season. Not too sure what happened with this customer last year but we can say have have taken nearly 3000 passengers up the mountain this year and haven't missed a single booking. We still provide a very personal service in smaller vehicles (our biggest seats 21 passengers). We are the only provider of 4wd Shuttle service in Methven, and if you check our rates, they aren't that much more than the mass transport provided the others. If you check out our multi-day rates we are almost the same and in some cases cheaper.
