Wow! only did 2 days ( Ship Cove to Endeavour Inlet) beautiful.
Motuara Bird island was also brilliant. Amazing to have bags taken by taxi + to stay in such cute and cheap accomodation.

Lake walk was alternative to Alpine Crossing because weather was bad, but still an awesome walk with all the sights & great views down to 2 lakes - excellent backup walk.

Not good - avoid 'dodgy-dave' at Downtown, our cheap Vanette (toyota town ace) had numerous mechanical issues + tyre was wrong size for vehicle!

1: Miss B listed only two complaints to me: A bald tire and a squeaking suspension. The tires were checked before delivery and cleared as sufficient. Squeaking suspensions happen and were fixed with a squirt of CRC.
The van was NEVER unregistered at any time. That statement is libellously untrue.
