Very beautiful area.
Loved that you could light bonfires. Lots of families here. Showers are 50c for 4 minutes. Has a little shop with basic supplies although a little expensive (understandably, very remote).

Couldn't be better.
You might need earplugs for the birds being noisy all night but the friendly Pukekos, swans, ducks and geese make for an entertaining stay! Cafe, waterfall and glow worms nearby all very good!

Excellent site.
Cleanest toilets, loads of beautiful grassy space. Right on the beach. Lots of Takehe and Pukekos roaming around (including little babies!).
