Thank you for your review. On all confirmations of bookings it is stated that ‘requests cannot be guaranteed’. We are unable to guarantee manual vehicles as most of the fleet is automatic. We do our utmost to fulfill all requests but sometimes it is not possible.

I hope that this was not too much of an inconvenience to you and that you had a wonderful holiday in New Zealand.
