Most secure feeling facility outside of the CBD.
Location is a parking lot tucked beside a nice looking inn. Showers were hot, bathroom facilities were limited in capacity compared to volume of vehicles that can park there, but note directs customers to use toilets of nice looking adjacent inn between 7am and 10pm. Kitchen was small but clean. Menu to Inn's restaurant cleverly left in kitchen. No kitchenware provided. Lounge chairs looked they were retired from the inn 10 years ago. Friendly staff on hand. Zenbu Wi-Fi signal was poor and flickered out of range constantly.

Great site along the Gore Bay Scenic drive.
Had to strategically park campervan to avoid muddy areas which was about 1/4 of the grass field. Only complaint was that hot water to bathrooms was out of service but management was on it and had someone looking into in the morning.

Prepare to pick-up keys and leave $20 deposit at Caltex petrol station which is open 24hrs. Keys open separate shower room and toilet stall. Exterior sink. Hot water. Adjacent to community center and recycling centre.
