Clean, spacious and very friendly.
Bathroom and kitchen clean and full of space. WiFi came with the booking 150mb a day. Staff nice. Good dump station. We gave most of our leftovers to one of the cleaners which made me feel good after a great trip with a lot of left overs, the cleaners clean out the leftovers bin to take home everyday anyway but it was still nice giving the cleaner all the stuff directly she was even happy with my left over juice, toilet paper, weetbix and butter to take home which made me feel less wasteful and kind.

We try to keep our facilities nice & clean, the free food bin is also popular with travelers starting off.

BEST showers, nice kitchen and great distance from town.
Clean and tidy. $55 for two of us and our camper, powered site, off season ($50 for 1 person with camper + $5 extra adult). NO free wifi (which was disappointing considering what you pay compared to other places on the South Island, hence why I give 8).

Great spot to spend your first night in a camper if you flew in late to Auckland.
Just a large gravel car park next to a park. Toilet locked inside the sporting club overnight which was fine in self contained camper. A little loud with traffic but great for a stop over.

Amazing views, windy when we stayed but so close to town and toilets and showers across the road (pay to use, 50c toilet and $2 shower), the view when you wake up across the lake is breathtaking especially
if you get here late in the day when it's all foggy.

Overall a nice place, clean facilities and the ladies room had a hair dryer.
Shower warm, not much pressure and all your stuff gets wet so don't forget a big plastic bag to put your stuff in. Bathroom was FREEZING definitely need to close it up a bit and needs a heater. Good kitchen facilities, again very clean and well priced. Laundry was the best we have had yet.

Beautiful views, great walks, clean toilet etc. AWESOME. We stayed two nights, only 10 min drive to city!

Linda and Robin are the kindest people I have ever met!
The place is amazing, best showers (ladies hottest water, warm, private, best pressure!!!!) only $25 for both of us on a powered site! ($2 for shower, 10 mins, and $2 for laundry) the kitchen has everything you need, lounge room is nice and comfortable with a great selection of movies. Robin likes to have a chat and makes you feel very comfortable and tell you all the great places to visit. Didn't want to leave!!!
