We really recommend this cruise and this company.
The cruises wasn't very crowded so there was plenty of space so you could take great pics without getting an elbow in your face.
The staff were very nice and funny. Told us lots of interesting information and took us to some great spots.
We saw seals, dolphins and went up really close to one of the waterfalls.
Great experience!!

Short walk from the car park.
The lake was amazing! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! Plus it's free!

Amazing experience, but not for the unfit.
The treck was amazing but tough, there are a lot of climbs and the surface is very uneven, but it is so worth it! The views are stunning and you get to see so much, volcanoes, lakes, native trees and bushes and more!

Absolutely awesome!!
We did the Black Labyrinth tour. Wetsuits, boots, tube and helmet was provided, our 2 guides were very good and entertaining. The water was a bit cold, but nothing the hot soup and shower at the end couldn't cure.
A must-do in NZ!

The gondola ride up was nice, but the luge was a great fun and it's true what they say "once is not enough", honestly!

Unfortantely the weather wasen't the best so we didn't see a lot of dolphins but we got a free trip another time.
The service was good. Butler told us everything we wanted to know about the marine life, laws and rules. We got to borrow a wetsuit and got a free hot drink.

Quite small but very nice.
Facilities are good: kitchen, showers & toilet although you have to pay extra to use the shower (50c). They have quite a lot of animals; emus, sheep etc. but they aren't noisy. Setting nice.

I took the steep track to the summit, which was a bit hard on a hot & sunny day but it was worth it.
The views were amazing and the track itself is also nice, you get to see a lot. The base track is a lot easier, but also very nice.

We did the Fox Trot half day tour.
Boots, alpen socks, walking stick and crampons were provided and you could also borrow waterproofs if you needed to.
We did the first tour of the day and it was great!
First a walk from the carpark which was a bit tough, but so worth it! Walking on the glacier was amazing!
Our guide told us a lot of interesting facts about the glacier and the area.
Definitely a must-do!

We went for a mud bath and walk.
It was very interesting and smelly. The mud bath was actually nice, plus the weather was bad which made it nicer. Also had a bath in a sulpher pool which was very hot.
Just make sure you don't put on your jewellery for at least 2 days afterwards, because they will stain. If that happens you could just polish them and it will be ok, but still.
thank you Sofie for visiting. The sulphur wash abosrbed in to your system so it come out slowly over a few days. We do warn people not to wear jewellery afterwards, I will remind staff to make sure this is a must. Thank you again for visiting.

Very good customer service.
The van is in good condition and it's clean. We got a free DVD player (portable) and MP3 adapter. A member of staff showed us everything and gave us some tips.
Kia ora Sofie,
That's great to here. Which depot did you get the great service from? We'll pass it on. They'll be chuffed. We hope you had a grouse holiday in New Zealand.

Amazing!
It was so much fun. Only bad thing was that it ended too quickly, wasn't too expensive either. Only the pictures they took of us. But you don't have to buy them.
