NOT FOR TENTS!!

I`ve signed up just so that I could post a correction to the previous review. Having just called the number provided, I have been told that this site is only for self contained units,i.e. NOT FOR TENTS. I have been here a few times in the past few years (in a tent) as we fish the local beach, so was disappointed to confirm the above. We are aware of the toilets just down the road which we obviously used when we had to. I`m glad we had the opportunity to enjoy it in the past, but like many good things in NZ (and holiday camps in particular) this part of life seems to be disappearing.
