We went on Saturday and enjoyed the food at the market, the playground, the many geothermal features and brief soaks in the hot foot pools.
Wear shorts and slippers if you intend to try out the pools!

We enjoyed the Tongariro White Water Grade 3+ tremendously and are ready for more!
Our guide was very competent and made us feel safe (it was our first time rafting). The water was clear, and the sky a beautiful blue. And the hot-dog and drink at the end of the trip made a nice end to the trip.
