Very unhelpful staff!!

I asked to use the WiFi or phone cause I lost my handbag (which means no purse and no money) all she said was how much it cost... Well thanks for the help...not!! Hope she never gets stuck and needs help! People who enjoy helping others should be working in i-Sites not miserable people!
