Didn't warn about bad conditions cause of heavy rain, they talked distances down, so we under-estimated the track.

Didn't tell us about bad conditions for snorkelling but rented out the gear.
What can we say a customer wanted to rent snorkelling gear we rented the equipment if they asked for places to go or directions to them we would have given them. We always advise on local conditions and places not to go cant do much more. Tony
