The highlight of my experience, Totally authentic.
You can even go down to the engine room and not only watch, but also feel, smell the experience. You even get a lesson from Steve the fireman.
Then when you get hungry, those scones are unbeatable, served by a fraulein who loves The river with such an intense passion. Thanks guys, especially Murray the skipper, this was my greatest experience ever.

I spent 2 months in Hamilton.
My experience on the Waipa Delta was the worst! It was way over priced, $175 (Including Wine) for 2, The meat was delicious, the vegetables inedible. The dining saloon was so noisy it was impossible for my partner & I to have a reasonable conversation. The whole boat appeared tired, in need of some TLC. On the credit side, the river was beautiful, from this perspective, good - But not worth the money
