I had a Koru 2 Berth S/T in February/March 2018 for five weeks.

Everything was as described on the website. The van was old, of course, but I knew this from the time of booking on, I have chosen it specifically and was not disappointed. From my arrival at Christchurch Airport (later than expected due to delays because of a cyclon the day before) till my drop off at Auckland Airport I felt always welcome. The staff at both depots was very helpful and kind. I had no issues during my travel, so I cannot say anything regarding problem solving. I had the All Inclusive Insurance and by the pick up the lady in Christchurch did not mark the dents on the window screen as this is covered in that insurance. As I knew the terms and conditions, I agreed to this, however we went thoroughly around the car and she marked every scratch and dent, I pointed out to her, if she did not notice them herself. All in all the pick up took me around one hour, maybe less, so the time was ok. The drop off was even faster, not even 30 minutes, a short walk around the car and the questions for full gas bottle, full water tank and fuel tank and empty waste water tank and I was shuttled in no time to the airport afterwards. There were no hidden costs or demands afterwards.

So I was totally satisfied and have booked already with this company again. The only reason it is just 9 of 10 is, that I rarely give full marks, as there is always room for improvement, but Wendekreisen is very near to the point of no improvement possible :-)

I can highly recommend them and I am looking forward to my next holiday with them in October.
