We paid $37 for an unpowered site for 2 and what a rip off.
Toilets in the town centre were cleaner than the ones at the site. The showers were dirty and there were only 2 for each gender which wasn't enough for the amount people who were there. When we checked in we said we needed to do laundry as there are no laundrettes in town, she didn't tell us there was no power until later that evening! We did our wash the next day and they came out of the dryer after about an hour as wet as they went in and we cleaned it as instructions said. Didn't feel safe walking around in dark with some of the permanent residents. We have been travelling for 6 weeks and this is the worst paid campsite we stayed in.

Good location not far off the highway and hot showers all for $10 - would recommend for a stop over!!

OK place for a stopover but there was nowhere to eat and the kitchen was dirtier (open bin didn't look like it had been emptied in a while) and didn't really cater for unpowered sites.
Showers were really good and clean!!

Nice little campground - but watch out for the aggressive black swans

First 10 out of 10 from me after six weeks camping.
Peaceful, beautiful place with very good and very clean facilities and hot showers, all for $6 per person on an unpowered site.

Outdated smelly facilities run by an extremely rude woman.
Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay Chris. We do pride ourselves in exceptional customer service so can't remember an incident where I would have been rude to anyone. Our facilities are well maintained and our heated ablutions are state of the art and only a few years old. I would encourage you to contact us so we can see what went wrong and make sure it was the Forest Camp that you stayed at.

Good for one night and no signs saying no camping so freedom campers can stop here.

Nice but very long drive and eaten alive by sand flys.

Didn't like this camp site one bit - left as early as I could, did not feel safe, music blasting from neighbouring house till 1am and about 1130pm three drunk lads arrived.
I have been in better camp sites.

Got here and nothing worked (fridge, internet) campsites are really close together and not enough facilities.
