The company is nice and convenient.
We did not have any problems, only when we tried to get the car as the office in Christchurch was closed.

Thanks for your feedback. Pick up and drop off is any time from 9am - 4pm. The office and staff leave for the day at 5pm. So you must have returned later than 5pm.
